This role requires managing sensitive government data (CUI, PII, PHI) and includes secondary responsibilities in simple IT support.

  • Data Architecture: Re-organize and consolidate numerous disparate data sources into a more coherent and sustainable data store architecture (leveraging SharePoint Lists or Dataverse).

3. Data-Driven Decision Making (10%)

  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop interactive reports, visualizations, and dashboards using Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making across leadership and operational teams.

  • Data Modeling: Perform data modeling and transformation within Power BI to ensure accuracy, coherence, and integrity of key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. System Administration & IT Support (10%)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for simple Tier 1 IT issues and hardware lifecycle management.

  • Set up, image, and issue new IT equipment (laptops, peripherals).

  • Obtain and utilize required authorities (e.g., local admin rights) to handle simple technical tasks such as software installation, driver installation, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Assist with user access issues, including password resets.

Highly Desired Qualifications (Plus Factors)

  • Prior experience with government systems for time tracking, financial management, or other federal/state internal applications.
