WisEngineering, LLC is currently seeking qualified candidates for a potential upcoming opportunity supporting Department of Defense programs at Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ. Position Overview:

WisEngineering, LLC is seeking a Graphic Designer to support DEVCOM Armaments Center (AC) by providing creative services, graphic design, motion graphics, and video production for strategic communications, marketing, and promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in branding, multimedia presentations, exhibit design, motion graphics, and 3D visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Services & Graphic Design:

• Conceptualize and design materials in accordance with the DEVCOM Brand Application Guide and Strategic Communications Toolkit.
• Develop printed materials, multimedia presentations (PowerPoint), and digital content.
• Provide design and production services for new and existing government-owned exhibit booths used for marketing, promotions, and training.
• Support design, production, and programming updates for the Armaments Center’s Welcome Screens throughout DEVCOM-AC HQ.

Motion Graphics & 3D Visualization:

• Design and produce high-end 3D computer-generated graphics, models, textures, terrains, and systems.
• Create 3D animations showcasing existing and future weapons systems and operational concepts.
• Implement motion graphics into strategic communication initiatives.

Video Production & Marketing Support:

• Provide video production services for marketing and strategic communications.
• Capture new footage and update the Armaments Center’s Overview Video.
• Record and edit content from technology centers including ESIC, METC, and WSEC.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Familiarity with branding guidelines and strategic communication principles.
• Experience in designing and updating multimedia presentations (PowerPoint).
• 3D modeling and animation experience (Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent software preferred).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
