Description
WisEngineering, LLC is currently interviewing candidates for an immediate or near term position directly with our company in support our Government Services Administration contract.  This position requires that our candidate be on a W2 with WisEngineering and a US Citizenship or Green Card. NO THIRD PARTY Candidates.

Must have Requirements:
 Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
 Must have five (5) years experience as a General Clerk III or equivalent.
 Must possess strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
 Must have experience using Ivanti Service Manager or equivalent.
 Must be able to communicate orally and in writing utilizing a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
 Must complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner on or ahead of scheduled due dates.
 Must be resourceful, show initiative and skill to function in a demanding environment.
 Must show professionalism and have the ability to interact effectively with others.
 Must pay attention to detail 

Primary Duties 

 Provide facilities help desk support and first point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
 Respond to queries and service requests received by phone, email, and in person.
 Create, assign, and monitor service requests in Ivanti Service Manager.
 Follow up with customers, facilities team, property management, and contract service providers as needed to ensure any problems are resolved.
 Create and update documents and spreadsheets such as contact lists, duty rosters, staff assignments, parking permit log, requisitions, and invoice payment forms.
 Send, receive, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
 Maintain office supply inventories and submit office supply requests.
 Maintain filing system.
 Make copies and scan documents.
 Schedule meetings and assist with special events.
 Coordinate office equipment maintenance.
 Assist with distributing parking permits.
 Help maintain safety equipment and first aid stations.
 Other duties as assigned by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Facilities Director.
