WisEngineering, LLC is currently seeking qualified candidates for a potential upcoming opportunity supporting Department of Defense programs at Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ. Key Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is REQUIRED – No exceptions.
- This is an on-site position 5 days per week at Picatinny Arsenal, Dover, NJ. Remote work is not permitted.
- Candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense (limited relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required.
Position Overview:
WisEngineering, LLC is seeking a Supply Clerk to support an upcoming opportunity with the Department of Defense at Picatinny Arsenal. This role involves handling procurement, inventory management, and software licensing compliance for commercial IT equipment and materials.
Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Support:
- Support the procurement of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software, desktops, notebooks, video teleconferencing equipment, routers, servers, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Ensure all acquisitions comply with government purchasing regulations and policies.

Software & Equipment Management:
- Maintain software integrity within licensing agreements and ensure compliance with all contractual terms.
- Track and document software licenses, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with usage restrictions.
- Assist with inventory control and equipment tracking to maintain accurate records of procured items.

Coordination & Compliance:
- Work closely with government and contractor personnel to support procurement needs.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all supply chain activities.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships to obtain competitive pricing and efficient service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with government procurement processes for IT equipment and commercial items.
- Familiarity with COTS software licensing agreements and compliance management.
- Ability to work within DoD procurement policies and coordinate approvals with government representatives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking inventory and maintaining records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and procurement tracking tools.
