Description
WisEngineering, LLC is currently interviewing candidates for an immediate position with our company in support of our ongoing Department of Defense at Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ. Candidate must be US Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance. Successful candidate will be a direct employee of WisEngineering.

e-Learning Developer
The position requires self-starting training/instructional developer to develop and update all Computer Based Training (CBT) Modules to enhance the Mortar Fire Control System CBT package. The enhancements shall focus on the training of Maintenance procedures that support the Mortar Fire Control Systems platform, using videos and / or animation to provide comprehensive training on the procedures to maintain and replace components of the Mortar Fire Control Systems to maintain an optimal readiness state.

Experience: 3+ years of experience, Military/Government experience a plus
Education: BA/BS Degree in related field is requested; years of experience may be substituted for degree
Requirements:
- Design Development, Testing and Integration of art related content and multimedia into training products.
- Integrate computer graphics, dynamic models, digital video, digital photography, sound and narration into complex interactive packages utilizing an array of software and hardware.
- Integrate art assets, including but not limited to models, animations and sounds, into training products.
- Support the testing and fielding of training systems.
- Participate in weekly Integrated Product Development Team (IPT) meetings.
- Document all requirements and ensure completion and traceability of training related efforts.
- Must be able to work independently to perform the scope and objectives to support the stated programs.
- Must have familiarity with working in a team based setting
- Understanding of software versioning and configuration management is a plus.
