Description

WisEngineering, LLC is currently seeking qualified candidates for a potential upcoming opportunity supporting Department of Defense programs at Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ. Key Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship is REQUIRED – No exceptions.
  • This is an on-site position 5 days per week at Picatinny Arsenal, Dover, NJ. Remote work is not permitted.
  • Candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense (limited relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required.

WisEngineering, LLC is seeking a Supply Clerk to provide supply support services for DEVCOM-AC at Picatinny Arsenal. The selected candidate will assist with supply chain management, procurement processing, inventory control, property accountability, and compliance with Army regulations

Key Responsibilities:

Supply & Procurement Support:

  • Provide supply support services to assist with Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) actions in accordance with AR 710-2 and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • Process procurement of expendable supplies and perform GCSS-Army daily business transactions, including:
    • Administrative adjustments
    • Supply accountability
    • Processing receipts, lateral transfers, and divestitures
  • Requisition parts and supplies in GCSS-Army as needed.

Logistics Information Systems & Compliance:

  • Operate logistics information systems to complete assigned tasks, including but not limited to:
    • GCSS-Army
    • Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP)
    • FEDLOG
  • Maintain historical files, administrative adjustment reports, and all related property and inventory documentation.
  • Execute property transfer, receipt, storage, and issue activities, including posting documentation in Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS).
  • Ensure compliance with weapons and sensitive item regulations as per Army standards.

Inventory & Property Accountability:

  • Conduct receipt, inspection, inventory, loading, unloading, segregation, storage, issue, and turn-in of organizational and installation property and equipment.
  • Assist in ensuring timely execution of asset disposition instructions.
  • Provide technical assistance to hand receipt holders.
  • Maintain GCSS-Army property book and unit-level records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Validate and post transactions to organizational and installation property records, updating and maintaining supporting document files.
  • Assist hand receipt holders in receiving equipment from the Central Receiving Point (CRP), verifying stock numbers, nomenclature, and quantities, and creating DD Form 250 for documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in military logistics, supply chain management, or property accountability.
  • Proficiency in Army logistics systems (GCSS-A, AESIP, FEDLOG).
  • Strong knowledge of Army regulations (AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1) related to supply and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with Army procurement processes and inventory control procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
